My Goals:
* Glorify God.
* Set a good example for my kids.
* Reach a healthy weight.
* Eat natural, fresh foods.
* Earn my Taekwondo Black Belt.
* Ride a century.
* Be strong, flexible and fit to achieve other goals in my life.

My Program:
I am using (and recommend) The Lord's Table course, at www.settingcaptivesfree.com - a free 60 Christian study looking at health, eating and glorifying God.

I am a Martial Artist (I practice Taekwondo, and will be testing for my Black Belt in November 2008). I also enjoy bicycling (I want to ride a century this summer) and running with my dogs (I don't really like running without them though). I recently discovered Crossfit (crossfit.com) and I like it - variety with no planning involved (I tend to overplan).

While trying an elimination diet to check for sensitivity to lactose and gluten, I fell into eating something like the paleo diet (vegetables, meat, fruits) and I love it. I feel really good, more athletic and I don't miss the foods I gave up. My teeth even feel better.
